乌拉地尔与硝酸甘油注射液治疗高血压合并急性心力衰竭的疗效对比分析

摘要：
目的 观察乌拉地尔与硝酸甘油注射液应用于高血压合并急性心力衰竭患者中的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的240例高血压合并急性心力衰竭患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各120例。观察组患者采用乌拉地尔进行治疗，对照组患者采用硝酸甘油进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的血压、心率及心脏各指标水平均明显优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者肌酐、胆固醇、LDL水平明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者药物使用剂量明显多于对照组，观察组患者的再住院率明显低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 在高血压合并急性心力衰竭治疗中，采取乌拉地尔进行治疗，治疗的安全性较高，值得临床广泛应用和推广。

Effect comparison analysis of urapidil and nitroglycerin injection on hypertension complicated with acute heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effects of urapidil and nitro glycerin injection in the treatment of hypertension complicated with acute heart failure. Methods A total of 240 cases of patients with hypertension complicated with acute heart failure admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 120 cases in each group. The observation group took urapidil, while the control group received nitroglycerin injection. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the blood pressure, heart rate and the levels of heart indexes of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of creatinine, cholesterol and LDL of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The drug dosage was more than that of the control group, and the rehospitalization rate was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of hypertension complicated with acuteheart failure, taking urapidil has high safety, which is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinic.
