改良闭口式印模法应用于下颌无牙患者全口义齿修复的效果观察

摘要：

目的 研究改良闭口式印模法应用于下颌无牙患者全口义齿修复中的临床效果。方法 选择2013 年7 月至2015 年7月我 院牙科收治的88 例需全口义齿修复的下颌无牙患者，并分成改良闭口式印模组（n=44）与传统开口式印模组（n=44）。改良闭口式印模组采取改良闭口式印模方法制作义齿，传统开口式印模组采取传统开口式印模方法制作义齿，2 个月后复诊，并发放调查问卷对修复效果与患者满意率进行评价。结果 改良闭口式印模组的固位性评分（9.30±1.05）分、咀嚼功能评分 （8.61±0.70）分、舒适度评分为（8.06±0.81）分、语言功能评分为（8.45±0.73）分，均优于传统开口式印模组的（7.08±1.03）、（7.57±0.75）、（7.22±1.12）、（7.13±0.86）分（P<0.05）。改良闭口式印模组患者的满意率为88.64%，明显优于传统开口式印模组的 61.36%（P<0.05）。结论在下颌无牙患者全口义齿修复中，采用改良闭口式印模方法，不仅提高了患者满意度、舒适度及义齿固位性，而且进一步改善了患者的咀嚼功能、语言功能。

Effect of modified closed-form impression method on complete denture restoration in patients with mandibular edentulous

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of modified closed -form impression method on complete denture restoration in patients with mandibular edentulous. Methods Eighty-eight cases of patients with mandibular edentulous who needed denture repair mandible admitted in our dental drpartment from July 2013 to July 2013 were selected, and they were divided into modified closed -form impression group (n =44) and traditional open impression group (n =44). The modified closed-form impression group maked denture with modified closed-form impression, while the traditional open impression group maked denture with traditional open type impression. After two months of follow-up, the questionnaire on the satisfaction rate of patients and the restoration effect were evaluated between the two groups. Results The retention score, masticatory function score, comfort score, language function score in the modified closed -form impression were (9.30±1.05), (8.61±0.70), (8.06±0.81) and (8.45±0.73), which were better than (7.08±1.03), (7.57±0.75), (7.22±1.12), (7.13±0.86) of the traditional open impression group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate in the modified closed-form impression group was 88.64%, which was higher than 61.36% of the traditional open impression group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the complete dentures of mandibular edentulous patients, modified closed-form impression method can improve the patients` satisfaction and comfort of the dentures, and further improve the masticatory function and language function of the patients.
