手术治疗脑外伤合并视神经损伤的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察脑外伤合并视神经损伤采用手术治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取68例脑外伤合并视神经损伤患者， 以简单随机抽样法依次纳入观察组和对照组，每组34例, 对照组采用保守治疗，观察组采用手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、 主要临床症状消失时间、视力恢复正常以及并发症发生率。结果 在两组在治疗后3个月的总有效率的比较中，观察组达97.06%，显著高于对照组的82.35%。在两组在主要临床症状消失时间、视力恢复正常时间的比较中，观察组均显著优于对照 组（P<0.05）。在两组在不良反应发生率的比较中，观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 手术治疗脑外伤合并视神经损伤较保守治疗临床效果更显著，安全性更佳，值得临床推广应用。

Surgical curative effect observation for treatment of brain injury combined with optic nerve injury

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of surgical treatment in patients with brain injury combined with optic nerve injury. Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with brain injury combined with optic nerve injury were randomly divided into control group (n=34) and observation group (n=34), conservative treatment was used in the control group, surgical treatment was used in the observation group. The treatment effect, main clinical symptoms disappear time, vision returned to normal time, complication rate of follow-up were observed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment for 3 months was 97.06%, which was significantly higher than 82.35% of the control group (P<0.05). The major clinical symptoms disappear time, vision returned to normal of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect and security of the surgical treatmentis better than the control group, which is worthy of clinical application.
