穴位注射配合耳穴压籽治疗大龄儿童弱视的效果观察

摘要：

目的 观察穴位注射配合耳穴压籽对大龄儿童弱视的治疗效果。方法 选取我院2015年6月至2016年4月收治的大龄弱视儿童156例（234眼）为研究对象，按治疗方式不同分为治疗组与对照组，各78 例。对照组78例患儿（114眼）采用传统 的遮盖法配合增视训练进行治疗，治疗组78例患儿（120眼）采用穴位注射（太阳穴）复方樟柳碱及耳穴压籽法进行治疗，比较两组患儿弱视屈光分布状况及治疗有效率。结果 两组患儿的屈光状态比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，治疗组总有效率为78.21%，对照组治疗总有效率为57.69%，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在传统物理治疗的 基础上，运用穴位注射复方樟柳碱及耳穴压籽治疗大龄儿童弱视，可明显提高患儿视力。

Clinical efficacy observation of acupoint injection combined with ear seeds in the treatment of

older children with amblyopia

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection combined with ear seeds in the treatment of older children with amblyopia. Methods One hundred and fifty -six cases of older children with amblyopia (234 eyes) admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the different methods, with 78 cases in each group. The children in the control group (114 eyes) received traditional penalization therapy combined with intelligent vision training, while the children in the treatment group (120 eyes) received acupoint injection (temple) of compound anisodine combined with ear seeds based on the control group. The dioptric state and the effective rate after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The dioptric state of the children in the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After the treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 78.21%; and the total effective rate in the control group was 57.69%, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint injection of compound anisodine combined with ear seeds based on traditional methods is effective for older children with amblyopia.
