中西医结合治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法 以我院口腔科2012年12月至2015年11月收治的200例口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象，将200例患者随机分成对照组和观察组，各100例。对照组患者使用西药治疗，观察组患者采取中西医结合治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果、血液流变学指标、总复发率、主要症状改善时间及治疗前、后血清炎症因子水平的 变化情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率、血液流变学指标、总复发率、主要症状改善时间及血清炎症因子水平改善情况与对照组患者相比，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果显著，值得临床推广。

Traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of oral ulcer

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of oral ulcer. Methods Two hundred cases of oral ulcer patients admitted in stomatological department in our hospital from December 2012 to November 2015 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given Western medicine therapy, while the patients in the observation group were given combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine, then the curative effect, blood rheology indexes, the oral ulcer recurrence rate, main symptoms improving time and the changes of serum levels of inflammatory markers before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of oral ulcer, blood rheology indexes, total rate of relapse, main symptoms improving time and serum levels of inflammatory factors in the observation had more advantages compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of combination treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for oral ulcer is remarkable, which is worth popularization.
