中医治疗骨折迟缓愈合的方法及应用效果评定

摘要：

目的 评定中医治疗骨折迟缓愈合的方法及应用效果。方法 选取2014年6月至2016年5月我院收治的骨折迟缓愈合的患者65例，根据治疗方法的不同将所有患者分为两组，实施常规治疗的34例患者为常规组，在常规治疗基础上联合中医治疗的31例患者为联合组。观察两组患者的治疗效果，治疗前、后的疼痛评分及骨折愈合时间。结果 联合组患者治疗的总有效率为93.55%，显著高于常规组的73.53%（P<0.05）；治疗前两组患者疼痛评分差异不显著（P>0.05），治疗后两组患者的疼痛评分均显著低于治疗前（P<0.05），且联合组患者治疗后的疼痛评分明显低于常规组（P<0.05）；联合组患者骨折的 愈合时间显著短于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 中医治疗骨折迟缓愈合可促进骨折恢复，提高治疗效果，值得推广应用。

ABSTRACT：Objective To research the method and application effect of Chinese medicine on delayed fracture healing.Methods Sixty-five cases of patients with delayed fracture healing admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected, and all the patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods with 34 cases of patients treated with conventional therapy as conventional group, 31 cases treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine treatment as joint group. The therapeutic effect, pain scores before and after treatment and fracture healing time between the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the joint group was 93.55%, which was significantly higher than 73.53% of the conventional group (P<0.05); before treatment, the difference of pain score between the two groups were not significant (P>0.05); after treatment, the pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the pain score of the joint group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P<0.05); the healing time of the joint group was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine therapy can promote the recovery of fracture, and improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of popularization and application.
