经尿道前列腺等离子电切术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效对比分析

摘要：

目的 分析经尿道前列腺等离子电切术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效。方法 将本院2013年3月至2015年7月收治的200例良性前列腺增生患者按照住院顺序分成对照组和观察组，各100例。观察组患者采用经尿道 前列腺等离子电切术治疗，对照组患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、出血量、留置导尿管时间、住院时间、膀胱冲洗时间明显少于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组与对照组的IPSS，QOL，Qmax 均有不同程度的改善，且观察组改善更明显（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为3.00%，低于对照组的38.00%（P<0.05）。结论 采用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗良性前列增生疾病效果显著，优于经尿道前列腺电切术，值得临床推广。

Comparative analysis of the clinical effect of transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy and transurethal resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy (TUPKP) and transurethal resection of the prostate (TURP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Two hundred cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from March 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to hospitalization order, with 100 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with TUPKP, while the control group was treated with TURP, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operative time, blood volume, indwelling catheter time, hospital stays, and bladder irrigation time of the observation group were significant shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). Both the observation group and the control group had different degrees of improvent of IPSS, QOL and Qmax, the improvement of the observation group was more significant than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of complication of the observation group was 3.00%, which was lower than 38.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of the TUPKP in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is remarkable and better than TURP, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
