中医特色护理对胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证患者护理满意度及临床疗效的影响

摘要：
目的 探究中医特色护理对胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证患者的临床疗效及患者的护理满意度。方法 将46例胃脘痛脾胃虚寒证患者作为研究对象，并将其分为两组，每组23例。常规护理组主要使用常规的治疗方式及护理方式，中医特色护理组在常规治疗的基础上联合中医特色护理，比较两组患者的临床效果和护理满意度。结果 中医特色护理组的临床效果、护理满意度 明显高于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中药特色护理在治疗胃脘痛上有诸多的优势，临床上应对这一护理手段展开更深入的研究。

Effect of TCM Nursing on nursing satisfaction and clinical efficacy of patients with gastric pain and spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the curative effect and nursing satisfaction of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing on patients with gastric pain and spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome. Methods Forty-six cases of patients with gastric pain and spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome were selected and divided into two groups, with 23 cases in each group. The routine nursing group received conventional treatment and nursing methods, while the TCM nursing group recieved TCM nursing on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical outcomes and nursing satisfaction of the TCM nursing group were better than those of the routine nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric pain has many advantages, and the clinic should carry out more in-depth study on this means of care.
