优质护理干预对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤手术患者的护理效果

摘要：
目的 对优质护理干预在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤手术中的效果进行探究。方法 将在我院接受手术治疗的脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者70例作为研究对象，患者的入院时间为2015年1月至2016年2月，通过随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组与对照组，各35例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组给予优质护理，比较两组患者的住院时间、疼痛程度、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组，疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，护理满意度评分明显高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理干预对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤手术患者的效果显著。

Nursing effect of high quality nursing intervention on patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury underwent surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the nursing effect of high quality nursing intervention on patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury underwent surgery. Methods Seventy cases of patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury underwent surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, which were admitted from January 2015 to February 2016. The patients were divided into observation group and control group with randomization method, the control group implemented routine nursing, while the observation group implemented high quality nursing. The hospitalization time, the degree of pain, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the pain scores, the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than those of the control group, the scores of nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention has significant effect on patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury underwent surgery.
