心理护理在妊娠合并慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨心理护理在妊娠合并有慢性乙型肝炎患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的58 例妊娠合并慢性乙型肝炎患者为研究对象，随机分为传统组与心理组，传统组患者接受常规护理干预，心理组患者则在此基础上接受心理护理，比较两组患者接受不同护理干预前、后的SAS、SDS 评分及护理满意度。结果 护理后，两组患者的SAS、SDS评分明显低于护理前，且心理组患者的SAS、SDS评分明显低于传统组（P< 0.05）；心理组患者的护理满意度明显高于传统组（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理应用于妊娠期合并有慢性乙肝患者的护理中，临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of psychological nursing in pregnancy associated with chronic hepatitis B

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the application effect of psychological nursing in pregnancy associated with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Fifty -eight cases of patients with pregnancy associated with chronic hepatitis B admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into traditional group and psychological group. The traditional group received conventional nursing, while the psychological group accepted psychological nursing. The SAS, SDS scores and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the groups were lower than those before nursing, and the SAS and SDS scores of the psychological group were lower than those of the traditional group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of psychological group was higher than that of the traditional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion Psychological nursing in pregnancy associated with chronic hepatitis B has significant clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
