舒适护理在新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要：

目的 分析舒适护理在新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗中的应用价值。方法 选取2015年1月至2016年1月在我院出生的新生儿黄疸患儿110例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组55例患儿，对照组和观察组患儿都采用双面蓝光箱治疗，对照组患 儿采取常规护理，观察组患儿在常规护理的基础上配合舒适护理。护理后对比两组患儿哭闹次数、安静睡眠的时间、体重增加量、黄疸下降值及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组患儿哭闹次数少于对照组，安静睡眠时间长于对照组，体重增加量多 于对照组，黄疸下降值高于对照组，各项比较差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度为96.4%，远高于对照组的 87.3%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理在新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗过程中临床效果显著，值得在临床工作中大力 推广应用。

Value analysis of comfortable nursing in blu-ray intermittent therapy for neonatal jaundice

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the value of comfortable nursing in blu-ray intermittent therapy for neonatal jaundice. Methods One hundred and ten cases of newborn from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. All the newborns were treated with double-sided blue box blu-ray intermittent therapy. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group accepted comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group. After nursing, the children crying times, quiet sleep time, weight gain, jaundice decline value and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the children crying times, quiet sleep time, weight gain and jaundice decline value of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.4%, which was higher than 87.3% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing in blu -ray intermittent therapy for neonatal jaundice has significant clinical effect, which is worthy of application and popularization in clinic.
