静脉麻醉在消化内镜微创治疗中的临床应用效果

摘要：
目的 探讨静脉麻醉在消化内镜微创治疗中的安全性、可行性。方法 选取我院收治的200例需行消化内镜下微创治疗患者，根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组，各100例。治疗组患者给予静脉复合麻醉后插镜治疗，对照组患者给予常规插镜治疗，对比两组患者的治疗依从性、不良反应及躯体反应发生情况。结果 治疗组患者治疗依从性高于对照组，不良反应总发生率低于对照组，躯体反应优良率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 静脉麻醉应用于消化内镜微创治疗安全、有效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical application effect of intravenous anesthesia in digestive endoscopic minimally invasive treatment

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of intravenous anesthesia in digestive endoscopic minimally invasive treatment . Methods Two hundred cases of patients who treated with digestive endoscopic minimally invasive treatment in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to different therapeutic methods, with 100 cases in each group. The treatment group received digestive endoscopic minimally invasive treatment after intravenous anesthesia, and the control group accepted routine digestive endoscopic treatment. The treatment compliance rate, adverse reactions and somatic reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment compliance rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the total incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, and the excellent rate of somatic reactions was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous anesthesia in digestive endoscopic minimally invasive treatment is safe and significant, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
