黄葵胶囊与缬沙坦联合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察黄葵胶囊与缬沙坦联合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的疗效。方法 选取在我院治疗的慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者90例作为本次研究对象。根据抽签的方法将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组患者45例。对照组慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者单一使用缬沙坦治疗，观察组慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者采用缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的总有效率、治疗前、后患者血肌酐、血清尿素氮、尿蛋白水平，并对比不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的77.78%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者血肌酐、血清尿素氮、尿蛋白各指标均明显优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论 缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者的效果更为可观，可减轻蛋白 尿症状，值得广泛推广。

Curative effect observation of ambrette capsule combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the curative effect of ambrette capsule combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria. Methods Ninety cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the method of draw lots, with 45 cases in each group. In the control group, patients were treated with valsartan alone. In the observation group, patients were treated with ambrette capsule combined with valsartan. The total effective rate after treatment, the changes of serum creatinine, serum urea nitrogen and urinary protein before and after treatment in both groups were compared, as well as the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% , which was significantly higher than 77.78% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum creatinine, serum urea nitrogen and urinary protein were significantly improved in the two groups, and the improvement of the observation group was better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant adverse events in both groups. Conclusion Ambrette capsule combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria is more effective, can reduce the symptoms of proteinuria, which is worthy of extensive promotion.
