复元活血汤治疗骨折急性创伤术后疼痛的效果观察

摘要：

目的 观察复元活血汤治疗骨折急性创伤术后疼痛的临床效果。方法 选择2014年1月至2016年6月就诊于我院骨科及急诊科的骨折并行内固定术患者64例，按照治疗方法将所有患者分为试验组和观察组，每组32例。对照组患者术后给予抗感染、对症支持治疗及康复训练等常规治疗，试验组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予复元活血汤加减治疗，观察两组患 者治疗后疼痛改善情况及症状积分变化情况。结果 试验组临床治疗总有效率为93.75%，对照组总有效率为78.12%，组 间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组患者治疗后的VAS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论复元活血汤可明显减轻骨折急性创伤患者术后的疼痛症状，促进骨折伤口的愈合，改善患者的生活质量，值得在临床上进一步探索 研究。

Effect observation of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction in the treatment of postoperative pain of acute traumatic fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction in the treatment of postoperative pain of acute traumatic fracture. Methods Sixty-four cases of patients with traumatic fracture and given internal fixation in orthopaedic and emergency department of our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine postoperative unti-infection, symptomatic treatment and rehabilitation training, while the study group received Fuyuan Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The pain improvement degree and
symptom scores after the treatment in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 78.12% of the control group (P<0.05); after the treatment, the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fuyuan Huoxue decoction applied in the treatment of postoperative pain of acute traumatic fracture can obviously reduce the patient`s pain symptoms, improve the fracture healing and patients` quality of life, which is worthy of further exploration in clinical research.
