中药外洗治疗小儿过敏性紫癜23例疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察凉血散瘀止血、清热解毒中药（玄参、生地、赤芍、牡丹皮、紫草、 莲草、土茯苓、银花、连翘、丹参）外洗治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 将46例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，各23例。对照组给予西药激素常规治疗，治疗组加用中药外洗，观察两组临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为95.7%，明显高于对照组的87.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组患儿紫癜皮疹消退时间、关节肿痛消失时间、使用激素天数、全身症状缓解时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组复发反跳发生率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 中药外洗治疗过敏性紫癜疗效显著。

Clinical observation on 23 children with allergic purpura treated with external washing of traditional Chinese medicine

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of cool blood stasis hemostasis and heat-clearing and detoxifying herbs (radix scrophulariae, rehmanniae, radix paeoniae rubra, cortex moutan, comfrey, Han liancao, tuckahoe, honeysuckle, forsythia, radix salviae miltiorrhizae) external washing in the treatment of children with allergic purpura. Methods Forty-six cases with allergic purpura were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 23 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment of western medicine hormones, while the treatment group added external washing of traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.7%, which was significantly higher than 87.0% of the control group (P<0.05).The time of purpura rash subsided, time of disappearance of arthritis, time of disappearance of joint swelling and pain, number of days using hormone and time of systemic symptom relief of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence bounce rate of the two groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of external washing of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic purpura is significant.
