集束化护理应用于预防ICU综合征的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析护理组长对ICU患者实施集束化干预的作用，并制定预防ICU综合征相关护理的干预手段。方法 将我院 ICU科室于2015年1月至2016年1月收治的40例重症患者，按照入科先后顺序划分为A组与B组，各20例。A组患者接 受科室内常规监护与护理流程，B组患者接受由护理组长带领下的集束化护理干预措施，比较两组患者护理满意度、心理焦 虑评分、出现ICU综合征情况及患者对临床服务质量评价。结果 A 患者护理满意度为70.0%，低于B组的95.0%（P<0.05）。护理前，两组患者的心理焦虑评分差异不显著（P>0.05）；护理后，B组患者的治疗配合度、睡眠质量、主动沟通等指标评分均低 于A组（P<0.05）。A组ICU综合征发生率为20.0%，高于B组的5.0%（P<0.05）。A组患者对科室提供的沟通服务、基础生活 护理、用药与专科护理操作、探视与健康宣教等指标评分均低于B 组（P<0.05）。结论 通过成立集束化护理服务小组，在组长 带领下完成科室护理工作，患者ICU综合征发生率较低，患者对于临床护理服务满意度较高，且对护理服务质量评分较高，心理焦虑改善情况较好。

Clinical effect of bundle care nursing in the prevention of ICU syndrome

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the role of nursing team leader in the implementation of cluster intervention for ICU patients, and to establish intervention measures for prevent ICU syndrome related nursing. Methods Forty cases of severe patients from January 2015 to January 2016 in ICU of our hospital were selected. All the patients were divided into group A and group B, according to the admission time of hospital, with 20 cases in each group. The group A adopted the conventional nursing care, while the group B adopted the bundle care nursing under the nursing team leader. The satisfaction, score of anxiety, incidence rate of ICU syndrome and clinical evaluation on the nursing service between the two groups were observed. Results The satisfaction of group A was 70.0%, which was lower than 95.0% of group B (P< 0.05). Before nursing, the score of anxiety of the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05). After nursing, the evaluation score of treatment compliance, sleep quality and communication ability of Group B were lower than those of group A (P<0.05). The incidence rate of ICU syndrome of group A was 20.0%, which was higher than 5.0% of group B (P>0.05). The evaluation score of the nurse`s communication, basic nursing care, medication and specialist care, visit and health education of group A were lower than those of group B (P<0.05). Conclusion The bundle care nursing under the nursing team leader can reduce the incidence rate of ICU syndrome, improve the satisfaction, enhance the nursing service quality and improve the psychological anxiety.
