急诊宫外孕患者应用综合护理的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨综合护理应用于宫外孕患者护理中的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的宫外孕患者92例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各46例。对照组患者采用常规护理模式，观察组患者采用综合护理。比较两组患者急诊治疗时间和临床治疗总时间、护理满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果 观察组急诊治疗时间和临床治疗总时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组，差异 具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 应用综合护理对宫外孕患者进行护理，临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods Ninety-two cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group accepted routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The emergency treatment time, total treatment time, nursing satisfaction rate and the adverse events of the two groups were compared. Results The emergency treatment time and total treatment time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse events of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing applied in patients with ectopic pregnancy has significant clinical effects, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
