综合性护理干预应用于结石性胆囊炎胆囊切除术围手术期的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨分析综合性护理干预在结石性胆囊炎胆囊切除术围手术期中的应用效果。方法 选取2013年1月至2016年1月我院收治的80例结石性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组，观察组40例患者使用综合性护理干预，对照组40例患者采用常规护理。护理后，对比两组患者的手术相关指标及并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次排气时间、住院时间均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者并发症总发生率为7.50%，明显低于对照组的 27.50%（P<0.05）。结论 综合性护理干预应用于结石性胆囊炎胆囊切除术围手术期中，效果显著，值得推广。

Clinical effect of nursing intervention on calculous cholecystitis cholecystectomy perioperation period

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on calculous cholecystitis cholecystectomy perioperation period. Methods Eighty cases of patients with calculous cholecystitis admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects. All the patients were randomly devided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients of observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group was given conventional nursing. The operation indexes and complication incidence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhausting time and hospital stays of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 7.50%, which was lower than 27.50% in the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied in calculous cholecystitis cholecystectomy perioperation period has a remarkable effect, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
