医院信息管理平台在优化医院感染管理中的应用

摘要:

目的 探讨医院信息管理平台在优化医院感染管理中的应用。方法 根据医院感染管理科的需求及设想,借助医院信息管理平台对原有的医院感染管理系统进行优化,对优化前后本院临床医生的报卡依从率、内容合格率、医院感染例次和多重耐药菌感染例次的漏报率、医生填写报告卡所用时间进行对比分析。结果 优化后,临床医生72 h内的医院感染病例报卡依从率、多重耐药菌感染病例报卡依从率分别从原来的51.5%(267/518)、49.3%(245/497)提高到70.7%(378/535)和64.1%(311/485),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);内容合格率也有明显提升,且漏报率、医生填写报告卡所用时间明显更优 (P<0.05)。结论 通过医院信息管理平台对医院感染管理系统进行优化,能明显提高临床医生的报卡依从率及内容合格率,减少漏报情况,对于提升医院感染管理工作效率起到了很大的促进作用。

    Application of hospital information management platform in optimizing the hospital infection administration

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application of hospital information management platform in optimizing the hospital infection administration. Methods On the basis of the demand and assumptions of department of infection in our hospital, the hospital infection administration was optimized with hospital information management platform. The compliance rate of doctor report cards, pass rate of doctor report cards, infection cases, the missing report rates of multi-drug resistant cases and the time of finishing report cards before and after optimization were compared. Results After optimization, the compliance rate of doctor report cards and multi-drug resistant infection cases in 72 h were improved from 51.5% (267/518) and 49.3% (245/497) to 70.7% (378/535) and 64.1% (311/485), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The pass rate significantly increased (P<0.05), and the missing report rates of multi-drug resistant cases and the time of finishing report cards were significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion The optimization of hospital infection administration with hospital information management platform can improve the compliance rate and pass rate of doctor report cards, and reduce the missing report rate of multi-drug resistant cases and improve the efficiency of hospital infection administration.
