应用品管圈降低腔镜手术器械准备缺陷率的研究

摘要:
目的 分析品管圈活动对降低腔镜手术器械准备缺陷率的临床意义。方法 成立品管圈活动小组,通过圈员自评分确立降低腔镜手术准备缺陷率为本次活动主题,按照品管圈活动步骤进行现状把握、目标设定、原因分析、对策拟定和实施,并观察实施结果。结果 腔镜手术器械准备的缺陷率由活动前的3.6%降低到活动后的0.4%。结论 品管圈活动有效降低了腔镜手术准备的缺陷率,提高了护士解决问题的能力,规范了腔镜手术配合的标准化和流程化。

Study of quality control circle in reducing preparation defect rate of endoscopic surgical instruments

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical significance of quality control circle in reducing preparation defect rate of endoscopic surgical instruments. Methods Quality management circle activity group was established, and after cycle members` self -evaluation, reducing defect rate of endoscopic surgical instruments was made as the theme. The activity procedures included understanding the current situation, setting goals, analyzing causes, proposing and implementing countermeasures, then the results were observed. Results Before the activity, the preparation defect rate of endoscopic surgical instruments was 3.6% , after the activity, it decreased to 0.4% . Conclusion Quality control circle effectively reduces preparation defect rate of endoscopic surgical instruments, improves the nurses ability to solve problems, and standardizes of the specification with endoscopy surgery and routing.
