不同方法治疗绝经后老年性阴道炎的疗效对比

摘要：

目的 探讨不同方法治疗绝经后老年阴道炎的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的绝经后老年性阴道炎患者354例作为研究对象，随机分为A组、B组和C组，各118例。A组患者给予甲硝唑溶栓治疗，B组患者给予甲硝唑联合雌激素软膏外用 治疗，C组患者给予甲硝唑外用，口服复方雌孕片治疗，观察三组患者的临床疗效。结果 B、C组患者的临床总有效率均显著高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；三组患者治疗前血清FSH、E₂水平比较差异不显著（P>0.05），治疗后B、C组均明显升高，且明显高于A组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 甲硝唑联合雌激素治疗绝经后老年性阴道炎可达到较好的临床效果，值得推广使用。

Curative effective comparison of different methods in the treatment of senile vaginitis after menopause

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of different methods in the treatment of senile vaginitis after menopause. Methods A total of 354 cases of patients with senile vaginitis after menopause from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into group A, B, C, with 118 cases in each group. The group A received metronidazole thrombolysis; the group B received metronidazole and estrogen ointment for external using; the group C received metronidazole for external using and oral compound estrogen -progesterone piece. The clinical effect of the three groups were compared. Results The total efficacy effective rates of the group Band C group were higher than that of the group A, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the level of serum FSH、E₂ before the treatment (P>0.05); after the treatment, the level of serum FSH、E₂ in the group B and C were higher than those before the treatment, and significant higher than that in the group A, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole and estrogen ointment in the treatment of senile vaginitis after menopause can achieve better efficacy, which is worthy of clinical application.
