疏血通注射液与舒血宁注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效对比

摘要：

目的 对比疏血通注射液与舒血宁注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法 选取130例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组65例患者，分别采用疏血通注射液和舒血宁注射液进行治疗，观察 两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组血压均优于治疗前（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的心率、血压、体温比较无明显差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，试验组患者的高同型半胱氨酸、空腹血糖、颈内动脉系统梗死评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患 者的NIH-NINDS总评分及各项评分均明显降低（P<0.05）；两组椎基底动脉系统梗死评分及NIH-NINDS总评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 急性缺血性脑卒中选择疏血通注射液或舒血宁注射液进行治疗时，需要综合考虑患者高同型半 胱氨酸和血糖、梗死部位的具体情况，以提高整体治疗效果，更好地改善预后。

Curative effect comparison of Shuxuetong injection and Shuxuening injection in the treatment of

acute cerebral ischemic stroke

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the curative effects of Shuxuetong injection and Shuxuening injection in the treatment of acute cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 130 cases of patients with acute cerebral ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission, with 65 cases in each group. Patients in the control group performed Shuxuetong injection, while patients in the experimental group accepted Shuxuening injection. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the bllod pressure of the two groups were better than those before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference on heart rate, blood pressure and temperature of the two groups (P>0.05). The scroe of hyperhomocysteine, fasting blood glucose and vertebral basilar artery infarction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIH_NINDS total socores and each indexes scores of the two groups decreased significantly, there was no significant difference on internal carotid artery infarction scores and total NIH-NINDS scores of the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Shuxuetong injection and Shuxuening injection in the treatment of acute cerebral ischemic stroke should consider the patients` hyperhomocysteine, blood glucose and infarction site, so as to improve the overall curative effect and prognosis.
