超声对产后子宫内膜异位症的诊断价值分析

摘要：

目的 分析超声对产后子宫内膜异位症的诊断价值。方法 选取本院2013年5月至2015年7月收治的剖宫产后手术产妇350例，其中切口出现子宫内膜异位结节患者90例，采用彩色多普勒超声观察结节特征。结果 经二维超声诊断，肿块位置处于横切口左侧27例，右侧30例，上端6例，中央24例，处于总切口中央3例；肿块多为不均质低回声或混合型回声，边界 模糊或边缘不规则，无包膜，部分肿块存在片状囊性回声，且周围组织的回声有明显增强。经彩色多普勒超声诊断，36例内部以及周围均无血流信号，12例内部以及周边均存在血流信号，12例血供稀疏，12例存在周边血流信号，18例存在内部血流 信号。结论 彩色多普勒超声可清晰显示子宫内膜异位症的肿块位置、边缘及周边组织、内部回声等具体情况，提供准确的诊断，为临床治疗提供参考依据。

Value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of postpartum endometriosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of postpartum endometriosis. Methods Three hundred and fifty cases of puerperant women after cesarean section maternal surgery from May 2013 to July 2015 were selected, including the incision of 90 cases of patients with endometriosis nodules. All the patients were diagnosed with color doppler ultrasound to observe the features of nodules. Results With two dimensional ultrasound diagnosis, there were a total of 27 cases with a mass located at the left side of the transverse incision, 30 cases at the right, 6 cases in the top, 24 cases in the central, 3 cases in the central part of the total incision, most of the masses were heterogeneous hypoechoic or mixed echo, the boundary of the tumor was irregular or irregular, there was no capsule, some of the masses had patchy echo. With color doppler ultrasound diagnosis, there were no blood flow signals in 36 cases, and there were blood flow signals in the interior and periphery in 12 cases, the blood supply was sparse in 12 cases, the peripheral blood flow signal was found in 12 cases, and the internal blood flow signal was found in 18 cases. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound can clearly show the endometriosis tumor location, edge and surrounding tissue, internal echo and other specific circumstances, which provides accurate diagnosis for clinical reference for treatment.
