微泵注射硝普钠在急性左心衰治疗中的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨微泵注射硝普钠治疗急性左心衰的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的300例急性左心衰患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各150例。两组患者均给予基础治疗，在此基础上观察组患者给予微泵注射硝普钠，对照组患者给予微泵注射硝酸甘油，观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的SV和LVEF均有明显好转，且观察组SV和LVEF水平高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 微泵注射硝普钠治疗急性左心衰疗效确切，可在短时间内缓解症状，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of sodium nitroprusside with micro-pump injection in the treatment of acute left heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium nitroprusside with micro-pump injection in the treatment of acute left heart failure. Methods Three hundred cases of patients with acute left heart failure admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=150) and control group (n=150). All the patients were taken basic treatment, the observation group received sodium nitroprusside with micro-pump injection, and the control group accepted nitroglycerin with micro-pump injection. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of SV and LVEF of the two groups markedly improved, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside with micro-pump injection has significant clinical effect in the treatment of acute left heart failure, it can relieve the symptoms temporarily, which is worth application and popularization in clinic.
