连续性护理模式在全髋关节置换术患者护理中的应用

摘要：

目的 探究连续性护理模式在行全髋关节置换术患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年1月至2016年2月来本科室就诊的50例全髋关节置换术患者，按照入院的先后顺序随机分成两组：采用常规护理方法为对照组，采用连续性护理模式为观察组，每组25例。观察两组患者的护理满意度、术后并发症等情况。结果 采用连续性护理模式的观察组患者的护理满意度（96.0%）明显高于采用常规护理方法的对照组（72.0%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后并发症总发生率（12.0%）明显低于对照组患者（56.0%）（P<0.05）。结论 全髋关节置换术患者在术后采用连续性护理模式，不仅能够提高患者的满意度，还能够有效降低患者术后并发症的发生率，效果明显，具有极大的推广价值。

Application of continuous nursing model in nursing of patients with total hip arthroplasty

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application of continuous nursing model in the nursing of patients with total hip arthroplasty. Methods Fifty patients with total hip arthroplasty admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected as study subjects, and they were randomly divided into observation group (n=25, given continuous nursing model) and control group (n =25), given routine nursing method) according to the order of admission. The nursing satisfaction and the postoperative complications of the two groups were observed. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than 72.0% of the control group (P<0.05); the total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 12.0%, which was also significantly less than 56.0% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of continuous nursing model in nursing of patients with total hip arthroplasty can not only improve the patient`s satisfaction, but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, the effect is obvious, and it should be promoted widely.
