护理干预对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者治疗依从性的影响

摘要：

目的 分析护理干预对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 选择2013年5月至2015年6月在我院治疗的180例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者，按随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组，各90例。在治疗的基础 上，研究组给予护理干预，对照组给予用药指导，不给予护理干预，对比两组患者的服药依从性、就诊依从性及治疗失败率。结果 研究组患者的用药依从率为94.44%、就诊依从率为96.67%、治疗失败率为6.67%，明显优于对照组患者的77.78%、 75.56%、16.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 给予围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者护理干预，不仅能有效提高患者的用药依从性，还能提高其就诊依从率，建议临床推广。

Influence of nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period. Methods One hundred and eighty perimenopausal patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from May 2013 and June 2015 were included and divided into study group and control group according to random number table, with 90 cases in each group. On the basis of treatment, the study group was given nursing intervention and the control group was given drugs and guidance without nursing intervention. The medication compliance, treatment compliance and treatment failure rate of the two groups were compared. Results The medication compliance rate, treatment compliance rate and treatment failure rate of the study group were 94.44%, 96.67%, 6.67% respectively, which were significantly better than 77.78%, 75.56%, 16.67% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for perimenopausal patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding can not only improve the medication compliance, but also increase the treatment compliance. It is recommended to be popularized in clinic.
