博利康尼联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效研究

摘要：

目的 分析博利康尼联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管炎的临床效果。方法 将本院2013年1月至2015年12月收治的468例喘息性支气管炎患儿作为研究对象，按照住院顺序分成对照组和研究组，各234例。对照组患儿给予博利康尼溶液雾化吸入治疗，研究组患儿给予布地奈德混悬液联合博利康尼溶液雾化吸入治疗，比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果、不 良反应情况及住院时间。结果 研究组治疗总有效率（96.15%）明显高于对照组（85.04%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研 究组不良反应发生率为5.56%，对照组为15.81%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组住院时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 博利康尼联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管炎的临床效果良好，可提高患儿临床治疗效果，减少不良反应的发生，缩短患儿住院时间，值得临床大力推广应用。

Research on the clinical efficacy of bricanyl combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of bricanyl combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Four hundred and sixty-eight cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as research objects. According to the order of hospitalization, patients were divided into control group and study group, with 234 cases in each group. The control group was given bricanyl inhalation therapy, while the study group was given budesonide combined with bricanyl inhalation therapy. The clinical treatment effect, adverse reaction and hospitalization time between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group (96.15%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.04%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 5.56% in the study group and 15.81% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of bricanyl combined with budesonide inhalation is good in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis, it can improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, shorten the length of stay in hospital, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
