弥漫性大B 细胞淋巴瘤患者FOXP1、PIM1 与P-gp的表达及相关性研究

摘要：
目的 研究弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）患者FOXP1、PIM1与P-gp的表达水平及相关性。方法 选取对照组（18例反应性淋巴结增生），初治组（40例DLBCL 初治患者）和复发组（14例DLBCL 复发患者），S-P法检测FOXP1、PIM1及P-gp表达量。结果 FOXP1、PIM1 与P-gp表达量组间比较均有显著差异（P<0.05），在初治组及复发组FOXP1、PIM1与P-gp表达均呈正相关（FOXP1与P-gp：初治组r=0.370，复发组r=0.602，P<0.05；PIM1与P-gp：初治组r=0.402，复发组r=0.648，P<0.05），FOXP1与PIM1之间表达无相关性（初治组r=0.261，复发组r=0.482，P>0.05）。结论 FOXP1、PIM1 与P-gp的表达促进 了DLBCL疾病发生、发展，FOXP1、PIM1高表达与产生多药耐药有关。

Study on the correlation between the expression of FOXP1、PIM1 and P-gp in diffuse large
B cell lymphoma tissue

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the expression and cor relation of FOXP1、PIM1 and P -gp protein in human DLBCL. Methods FOXP1, PIM1 and P-gp were tested by S-P on tissues of 18 cases of reactive hyperplasia of lymph node, 40 newly diagnosed DLBCL cases and 14 relapsed DLBCL cases. Results FOXP1, PIM1 and P -gp had significant difference among groups (P<0.05), FOXP1 and PIM1 were positively correlated to P-gp in newly diagnosed groups and relapsed groups (FOXP1 and P-gp: early treatment group r=0.370, recurrence group r= 0.602, P<0.05; PIM1 and P-gp: early treatment group r =0.402, recurrence group r =0.648, P<0.05), but no relationship was found between FOXP1 and PIM1 (early treatment group r=0.261, recurrence group r=0.482, P<0.05). Conclusion The expressing of FOXP1, PIM1 and P-gp may promote the formation and development of DLBCL. High expressing of FOXP1, PIM1 might contribute to the initiation of MDR in DLBCL.
