轮状病毒腹泻患儿补锌的临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 探讨轮状病毒腹泻患儿在常规治疗的基础上加用葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年1月至 2016年3月儿科门诊确诊的轮状病毒性腹泻患儿100 例，随机均分为两组，给予对照组常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗，分析两组患儿的疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 补充葡萄糖酸锌治疗轮状病毒感染性腹泻，能够缩短病程，减轻腹泻的严重程度，疗效显著且经济方便，具有临床应用价值。

The clinical curative effect of zinc supplementation on children with rotavirus diarrhea

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of oral liquid of zinc on the basis of routine treatment in the treatment of children with rotavirus diarrhea. Methods One hundred cases of children with rotavirus diarrhea diagnosized by the pediatric clinic during January 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment, the treatment group received zinc gluconate oral liquid based on the routine treatment. The efficiency of the two groups was compared. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Zinc supplementation in the treatment of rotavirus infectious diarrhea can shorten the course of disease, reduce the severity of diarrhea, and has remarkable curative effect, which has clinical practical value.
