一次性根管与多次根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果比较

摘要：

目的 探讨一次性根管与多次根管治疗法治疗急性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的300例急性牙髓炎患者为研究对象，根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组和研究组，每组150例。对照组患者给予多次根管治疗 法治疗，研究组给予一次性根管治疗法治疗，对比两组患者的近期及远期治疗效果。结果 治疗1 周后，研究组显效102例（68.00%），有效43例（28.67%），无效5例（3.33%），治疗总有效率为96.67%（145/150）；对照组显效100例（66.67%），有效44例（29.33%），无效6 例（4.00%），治疗总有效率为96.00%（144/150），两组患者近期治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义 （P>0.05）。术后1年研究组痊愈101例（67.33%），有效42例（28.00%），无效7例（4.67%），治疗成功率为95.33%（143/150）；对照组痊愈79例（52.67%），有效49 例（32.67%），无效22例（14.67%），治疗成功率为85.33%（128/150），两组患者远期治疗成功率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎能有效地提高患者的远期疗效，缩短患者的就诊时间，减轻患者痛苦，降低感染的发生率，值得临床推广及应用。

The clinical effect comparison between one-time and multiple root canal therapy for acute pulpitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of one-time and multiple root canal therapy for acute pulpitis. Methods Three hundred cases of acute pulpitis patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were chosen as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was treated with multiple root canal therapy, while the study group was given one-time root canal therapy. The short-term and long-term therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 1 week of the treatment, 102 cases (68.00%) were markedly effective, 42 cases (28.67%) were effective, 5 cases (3.33%) were invalid in the study group, the total effective rate was 96.67% (145/150). One hundred cases (66.67%) were markedly effective, 44 cases (29.33%) were effective, 6 cases (4.00%) were invalid in the control group, the total effective rate was 96.00% (144/150). The total effective rate of the short-term theatrnent in the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). After 1 year of operation, 101 cases (67.33%) were cured, 42 cases (28.00%) were effective, 7cases (4.67%) were invalid in the study group, the success rate of treatment was 95.33% (143/150); 79 cases (52.67%) were cured, 49 cases (32.67%) were effective, 22 cases (14.67%) were invalid in the control group, the success rate of treatment was 85.33% (128/150). The difference of long-term treatment success rates in the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion One-time root canal therapy for acute pulpitis can effectively improve the patients` long-term clinical effect, shorten the visiting time of patients, alleviate the suffering of patients and reduce the infection rate, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
