2 型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白和血糖、血脂的相关性分析

摘要:

目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白和血糖、血脂的相关性。方法 选取在我院诊治的2型糖尿病患者6 400例作为观察组,另选取同期在我院进行体检的健康者6 400例作为对照组,两组人员均进行糖化血红蛋白和血糖、血脂的检测, 并分析与2型糖尿病的相关性。结果 观察组患者的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖指标明显高于对照组患者(P< 0.05)。观察组患者的血清TC、TG 与LDL-C含量明显高于对照组;观察组患者的HDL-C含量明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,在观察组患者中,血脂四项指标与糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖都呈现明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白和血糖、血脂水平均呈现明显异常情况,两者可互相影 响并恶化疾病,具有较好的检测意义。

    Analysis on the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin, blood glucose and lipid in

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin, blood glucose and lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Six thousand and four hundred patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were chosen as observation group and 6 400 healthy people in our hospital were chosen as control group. The correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin, blood glucose and lipid was analyzed between the two groups. Results The value of glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood-glucose and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose of observation group were statistically higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), the value of TC, TG and LDL-C of observation
    group was significant higher than those of the control group, the value of HDL-C of observation group was significant lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis indicated that there was a significant correlation between 4 indexes of blood lipid and glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood-glucose and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes, the levels of glycated hemoglobin, blood glucose and lipid are all abnormal, which would deteriorate of the condition, indicating their good testing significance in clinic.
