小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术的手术效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术的手术效果。方法 选择2014年3月至2016年3月在我院诊治的白内障患者120例，根据入院顺序分为观察组与对照组，各60例，对照组给予超声乳化手术，观察组给予小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术。结果 两组都顺利完成手术，术中无严重并发症发生，两组术后1 个月的最佳矫正视力都明显高 于术前，同时观察组术后1个月的最佳矫正视力明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组术后1个月的瞳孔欠圆、眼角膜水肿、眼前房渗出等并发症发生情况明显少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术能促进白内障患者视力的恢复，安全性也比较好，值得临床推广。

Analysis of the effect of small-incision extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of small-incision extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016, 120 cases of cataract patients were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission, with 60 cases in each group. Phacoemulsification were given to the patients in the control group, and the observation group received small-incision extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. Results Both of the two groups were successfully completed surgery, and there was no serious complications intraoperative. The best corrected visual acuity of the two groups after one month of operation were significantly higher than before, and the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The incidence of pupil less circle, corneal edema, anterior chamber exudation in the observation group after one month was significantly less than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Small-incision extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation could promote the recovery of visual acuity in cataract patients, which is safe and worth to be popularized in clinical application.
