全髋关节置换与内固定治疗股骨颈骨折临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 分析全髋关节置换与内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 将100例股骨颈骨折患者分为全髋关节置换术组（50例）与内固定术组（50例），比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 全髋关节置换术组术中出血量明显少于内固定术组，且手术时间、住院时间、卧床时间及下床活动时间明显短于内固定术组（P<0.05）。全髋关节置换术组术后并发症发生率为 26.00%，明显低于内固定术组的42.00%（P<0.05）。结论 全髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效及安全性优于内固定术。

Clinical effect analysis of total hip arthroplasty and internal fixation in the treatment of fmoral neck fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of total hip replacement and internal fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods One hundred cases of patients with femoral neck fracture were selected and divided into total hip replacement group (50 cases) and internal fixation group (50 cases). The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the internal fixation group, the amount of bleeding during the operation of the total hip replacement group was significantly less; and the operation time, length of stay, bed time and the time of bed movement were significantly shorter (P <0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the total hip replacement group was 26.00% , which was significantly lower than 86.00% of the internal fixation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The total hip arthroplasty for the femoral neck fractures patients has better clinical efficacy and is more safety than internal fixation.
