针刺配合耳穴压豆治疗失眠的临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探究针刺配合耳穴压豆治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2014年7月至2015年10月收治的70例失眠患者为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，各35例。观察组采取针刺联合耳穴压豆治疗，对照组采用药物治疗，对比两组临床疗效及治疗前、后PSQI 积分情况。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率（94.29%）明显高于对照组的治疗总有效率（74.29%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组PSQI 积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组PSQI 积分比较，具有统计 学意义（P<0.05）。结论 失眠经针刺配合耳穴压豆治疗，临床效果显著，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in the treatment of insomnia

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupunctur e combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in the treatment of insomnia. Methods Seventy cases of insomnia patients admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to October 2015 were divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group and the control group were taken acupuncture combined with ear acupoint bean pressing treatment and drug therapy respectively. The clinical efficacy and PSQI score before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29% , which was significantly higher than 74.29% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The PSQI scores had no difference before the treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the PSQI score of two groups had a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in the treatment of insomnia has significant clinical effect, which is worth further clinical promotion.
