大环内酯类抗生素联合中药汤剂治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨临床上大环内酯类抗生素结合中药汤剂治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法 选取我院收治的84例小儿支原体 肺炎患儿作为研究对象，将入选患者随机分成观察组和对照组，各42例，对照组患儿单纯应用大环内酯类抗生素治疗，观察组患儿应用大环内酯类抗生素联合中药汤剂治疗，经不同方法治疗后，比较两组患儿各项临床症状改善时间、住院时间、两组患儿的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患儿治疗总有效率为95.24%，明显高于对照组的76.19%，差异具有统 计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿的退热时间、音消失时间、咳嗽症状减轻所需时间及住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患儿的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 应用大环内酯类抗生素联合中药汤剂对小儿支原体肺炎的治疗效 果良好，能够迅速减轻患儿的临床症状，且安全性好，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical effect analysis of macrolide antibiotics combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of macrolide antibiotics combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) decoction in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Eighty four cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given macrolide antibiotics treatment, the observation group was given macrolide antibitics combined with TCM decoction. After treatment, the time needed for clinical symptoms, hospital stay therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.24% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 76.19% of the control group (P<0.05); the defervescence time, the rale sound disappear time, cough reduce time, and the hospital stay time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse realtions of the observation group was signifieantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of macrolide antibiotics combined with TCM decoction has definite effect in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, which can quickly relieve the patient`s clinical symptoms, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
