早期康复护理干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复中的效果观察

摘要：
目的 观察脑卒中偏瘫患者应用早期康复护理干预对肢体功能恢复的效果。方法 选取我院2014年6月至2015年6月收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组30例。对照组患者接受一般常规护理，观察组 患者接受早期康复护理干预，观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治疗的总有效率为83.3%，明显高于对照组患 者的30.0%，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复中给予早期康复护理干预，效果显著，提高了患者的生存质量，降低了病死率，提高了护理满意度，使患者出院后日常生活能力得到了很大提高。

Effect observation of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the limb function recovery
of hemiplegic stroke patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the limb function recovery of hemiplegic stroke patients. Methods Sixty cases of patients with hemiplegic stroke admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine care, while the observation group was treated with early rehabilitation nursing intervention, then the therapeutic effects were observed in both the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3% , which was significantly higher than 30.0% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For limb function
recovery of hemiplegic stroke patients, early rehabilitation nursing intervention has significant effect, which can improve the life quality and nursing satisfaction of patients, and reduce mortality. Moreover, it improves the daily life skills of patients after discharge.
