针对性护理对高血压患者饮食治疗依从性的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨针对性护理对高血压患者饮食治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取我院2013年1月至2014年12月收治的150例高血压患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，各75 例。对照组患者采用常规护理，研究组患者采用针对性护理，对 比两组患者的护理效果。结果 研究组患者的饮食治疗依从性显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在调查高血压患者饮食治疗依从性影响因素的基础上，予以针对性护理，能够显著提高患者依从性，值得临床推广应用。

Investigation the effect of targeted nursing on the compliance of dietary therapy in hypertensive patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing on the compliance of dietary therapy in hypertensive patients. Methods One hundred and fifty hypertensive patients admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 75 cases in the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care, the patients in the study group were treated with the targeted nursing care, and the nursing results were compared between the two groups. Results In the two groups of patients, the treatment compliance of the study group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the investigation of factors influencing the compliance of dietary therapy in patients with hypertension, pertinent nursing can significantly improve the compliance of patients, which should be popularized in clinical practice.
