临床护理路径应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗的临床价值分析

摘要：

目的 探究临床护理路径对腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理效果。方法 选取我院2013年内收治的45例腰间盘突出症患 者为对照组，并选择2014年内接受治疗的45例腰椎间盘突出症患者为观察组。对照组实施普通护理，观察组给予临床护理路径，观察比较两组患者的满意度及患者住院时间、治疗费用情况。结果 观察组患者护理满意度为91.11%，对照组患者护理 满意度为75.56%，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者住院时间、治疗费用明显优于对照组，差异存在统计 学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在临床腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗过程中实施临床护理路径，可有效缩短住院时间，提高护理满意度，值得推广应用。

Clinical value of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation

ABSTRACT: Objective to explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods In 2013, 45 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were selected as control group, and 45 cases with lumbar disc herniation in 2014 were selected as the observation group. The control group implemented ordinary nursing, the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway. The two groups of patients` satisfaction with nursing work and hospitalization time, hospitalization costs were compared. Results The observation group patients nursing satisfaction (91.11%), the control group of patients for nursing satisfaction (75.56%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the hospitalization time, cost of treatment group of the observation group was better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion clinical nursing path in the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively shorten the hospital stay, and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction which is worth of promoting.
