股骨近端防旋髓内钉与滑动加压髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果探讨

摘要：

目的 探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉与滑动加压髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法 选取我院2015年2月至2016年4月收治的52例股骨粗隆间骨折患者，按照患者住院的先后顺序，分成观察组和对照组，各26例。观察组给予股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗，对照组给予滑动加压髋螺钉治疗，对比两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组的治疗优良率为96.15%，高于对照组 的69.23%（P<0.05）。观察组患者的手术时间为（52.45±11.71）min，术中出血量为（184.2±63.9）mL，分别明显低于对照组患者 的（72.16±22.95）min 和（395.7±104.7）mL，差异均存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 股骨粗隆间骨折经股骨近端防旋髓内钉治 疗，临床效果较好，且能缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，值得临床推广。

Discussion of effect on proximal femoral nail anti-rotation and dynamic hip screw in the treatment of fracture of intertrochanteric fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical curative effects of proximal femoral nail anti -rotation and dynamic hip screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Fifty -two patients with intertrochanteric fracture from February 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of hospitalization, with 26 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation treatment, and the control group was treated with dynamic hip screw treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellence rate of the observation group was 96.15%, which was higher than 69.23% of the control group (P<0.05). The operative time and blood loss in the observation group were (52.45±11.71) min and (184.2±63.9) mL respectively, which were significantly lower than (72.16 ±22.95) min and (395.7 ±104.7) mL in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Proximal femoral nail anti -rotation in the treatment of fracture of intertrochanteric fracture has better clinical effect, which can shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding. It is suitable for clinical promotion.
