舒适护理对老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后疼痛的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨舒适护理对老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后疼痛的影响。方法 选取2012年3月至2014年12月我院收治的腰椎压缩性骨折手术的96例老年患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各48例。研究组患者给予舒适护理，对照组患者给予常规护理，比较两组患者术后护理满意度及疼痛程度。结果 两组护理满意度比较，研究组为（90.3±7.5）分，对照组为（76.9±12.5）分，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组疼痛评分比较，研究组为（3.9±1.3）分，对照组为（8.1±1.6）分，研究组低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过对老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后疼痛患者进行舒适护理可缓解疼痛，提高患者对护理的满意度，有利于患者康复。

Effect of comfort care on postoperative pain for lumbar vertebral compression fracture in elderly patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care on postoperative pain of elderly patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods Ninety six cases of eldly patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, each group with 48 cases. The patients in the study group were given comfort care, while the patients in control group were given routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction and the level of pain of two groups were compared. Results In comparison of nursing satisfaction, the nusing satisfaction of study group was (90.3±7.5), while the control group was (76.9±12.5), the difference between two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). In comparison of pain scores, the study group was (3.9 ±1.3), while the control group was (8.1 ±1.6), the difference between two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture, comfortable care can relieve postoperative pain and improve nursing satisfaction, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
