不同鼻腔冲洗方法对鼻窦内镜手术效果的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨不同鼻腔冲洗方法对鼻窦内镜手术效果的影响。方法 选择2015年2月到2016年2月在我院进行诊治的慢性鼻窦炎患者54例，根据随机抽签原则分为观察组与对照组各27例，两组患者都给予鼻内镜下手术治疗，术后对照组患者给予生理盐水冲洗鼻腔，观察组患者给予高渗盐水冲洗鼻腔，对比两组患者的术后有效率及术后病情评分。结果 观察组与 对照组的术后有效率分别为100.00%和81.48%，观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组与对照组的术后病情评分为（1.78± 0.56）分和（3.10±0.76）分，都明显低于术前的（6.32±0.56）分和（6.29±0.41）分（P<0.05），观察组的术后病情评分也明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 相对于生理盐水，高渗盐水冲洗鼻腔能提高鼻窦内镜手术的治疗效果，安全性较高且不良反应发生情况较少，患者及患者家属更易于接受，能够改善患者病情，提升用药依从性，有很好的应用价值。

Effect of different nasal irrigation methods on endoscopic sinus surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of different nasal irrigation methods on endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Fifty-four cases of patients with chronic sinusitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were collected, and were divided into observation group and control group according to random draw method, each group with 27 cases. Both of the two groups were given nasal endoscopic surgery, the control group was given normal saline to rinse the nasal cavity, while the observation group was given hypertonic saline to wash the nasal cavity. The postoperative effective rate and postoperative symptoms scores were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 100.00% and 81.48% respectively, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); the postoperative symptoms scores of the observation group and the control group were (1.78±0.56) points and (3.10±0.76) points respectively, which were significantly lower than (6.32±0.56) points and (6.29±0.41) points of the preoperative scores (P<0.05); the postoperative symptoms score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with normal saline, hypertonic saline nasal irrigation can improve the therapeutic effect of endoscopic sinus surgery, with high safety and less adverse reactions. It can be easily accepted by patients and their families, improve the symptoms and increase medication compliance, which has a good application value.
