自行退化的早产儿视网膜病变学龄儿童眼轴发育状况调查

摘要：

目的 调查分析未经治疗自行退化的早产儿视网膜病变学龄儿童眼轴发育状况。方法 选择2012—2014年学龄儿童（2006— 2007年筛查出早产儿视网膜病变且未经治疗自行退化）58例（116只眼）为观察组，再选择同校同年级非早产儿童132 例 （264 只眼）为对照组，对比分析两组儿童在小学入学时间断面的眼轴长度。结果观察组儿童的眼轴长度为（22.98±1.25）mm，对照组儿童的眼轴长度为（22.63± 1.19）mm，两组儿童眼轴长度差异存在统计学意义（t=3.6593，P<0.01）。结论 经历早产儿视网膜病变且自然消退患儿在小学入学时间断面的眼轴发育明显增快，提示这些儿童为预防近视加重的重点人群。

The survey of development situation in school age children of axial for the degeneration in retinopathy of prematurity

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyse the development situation in school age children of axial for the degeneration in retinopathy of prematurity. Methods Fifty-eight cases (116 eyes) of children diagnosed with retinopathy of prematurity who were without treatment from 2006 to 2007 were selected between 2012 and 2014 as observation group, and 132 cases (264 eyes) of healthy children at the same grade in the same school were selected as control group. The length of optic axis at school age were compared in the two groups. Results The length of optic axis in the observation group was（22.98±1.25）mm,the length of optic axis in the control group was (22.63±1.19) mm, there was significant difference in the length of optic axis between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion With faster development of axial, it was easier for premature infant to
become myopic during childhood, who should be paid more attention.
