早期姑息治疗对晚期胃癌患者抑郁情绪及预后的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨早期姑息治疗对晚期胃癌患者抑郁情绪及预后的影响。方法 选取2013年1月至2016年1月我院收治的150例晚期胃癌患者，将所有患者根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组和研究组，其中对照组75例患者给予常规的肿瘤治疗，研究组 75例患者在对照组的基础上给予早期姑息治疗，评估两组患者的抑郁情绪及预后情况。结果 研究组患者治疗后焦虑评分及抑郁评分均显著低于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P<0.05）；研究组患者经早期姑息治疗后生存期与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对晚期胃癌患者进行早期姑息治疗能有效改善患者的抑郁情绪，延长患者的生存期，值得临床推广应用。

The effect of early palliative treatment on depression and prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of early palliative treatment on depression and prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods. Patients in the control group were given routine tumor therapy, while patients in the research group were given early palliative treatment on the basis of the control group. The depression and prognosis situation of the two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment, the scores of anxiety and depression of patients in the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.05); there was significant difference in survival time between the research group and the control group after the early palliative treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Early palliative treatment for patients with advanced gastric cancer could effectively improve the patients` depression, prolong the life-time of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
