护士手部皮肤护理重要性调查研究

摘要：

目的 探究护士手部皮肤护理重要性，以供临床参考。方法 从2015年2月至2016年3月我院内科、外科等护士中选取100名为研究对象，100名护士在对患者进行病情观察、注射输液或其他护理的工作结束后，对自身手部细菌洗手前、后进行采样，之后将结果进行对比研究。结果 在100名护士工作结束后的细菌超标计数对比中，洗手前的细菌超标计数明显高于洗手后的细菌超标计数，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护士洗手前100例患者中，11例出现医源性感染，感染率为 11.00%；洗手后100名患者中，2例出现医源性感染，感染率为2.00%，改进后医源性感染的发生几率低于改进前，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论 护士手部皮肤护理较为重要，可以有效避免因为手部细菌引发的医院交叉感染的现象，还能够有效提高护士对手部护理的重视，从而进一步提高患者的治疗效果，值得临床广泛应用及推广。

Investigation on the importance of skin care in nurses

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the importance of skin care in nurses in order to provide clinical reference. Methods One hundred nurses in the Department of Internal Medincie and Surgery from February 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. When the observation of patients` condition, injection and other nursing works were finished, the hands bacteria of the nurses` before and after wasning were took samples, then the comparative study of the results was performed. Results Through the excessive bacteria count contrast research after the end of the work in 100 cases of nurses, the excessive bacteria count before washing hands was obviously higher than that after washing hands, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before washing hands, there was 11 cases occurred iatrogenic infection, the infection rate was 11.00%; after washing hands, there was 2 cases occurred iatrogenic infection, the infection rate was 2.00%; the difference in the infection rate after improvement and before improvement was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Skin care in nurse is important, it can effectively avoid cross infection phenomenon caused by hand bacteria. At the same time, it can effectively improve the nurses attention to the importance of skin care, so as to further improve the clinical effect of the patients, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
