不同检测方法对粪大肠菌群检测的敏感性探讨

摘要:

目的 比较酶底物法、多管发酵法和滤膜法对粪大肠菌群检测的敏感性。方法 分别采用多管发酵法、酶底物法和滤膜法对待测水样进行检测,通过精密度试验和结果一致性试验比较三种方法的利弊。结果 精密度试验表明,酶底物法精密度最高,滤膜法次之,多管发酵法精密度最差。结果一致性试验表明,三种方法对粪大肠菌群的检测一致性较高。结论 对粪大肠菌群检测时,实际操作中可根据水样污染程度、精密度要求、经费等方面对三种检测方法进行权衡。

    Exploration on the sensitivity of different detection methods to the detection of fecal flora

    ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the sensitivity of the enzyme substrate technique, multi-tube fermentation technique and membrane filtration technique in the detection of fecal flora. Methods The enzyme substrate technique, multi -tube fermentation technique and membrane filtration technique were used to detect the water samples, and the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were compared through the precision test and the results consistency test. Results The precision experiment showed that the enzyme substrate technique had the highest precision, the membrane filtration technique was the second and the multiple tube fermentation method was the worst. The consistency test of the results showed that the consistency of the three methods was high. Conclusion In practice, a proper method among the three methods should be carried out in the detection of ecal flora according to the pollution degree of water sample, the precision requirements and the funds.
