院前急救转运过程中使用静脉留置针的护理效果

摘要：

目的 探讨院前急救对患者转运过程中使用静脉留置针的护理效果。方法 将我院收治的院前急救患者480例随机分为研究组和对照组，各240例。研究组患者在院前急救转运过程中使用静脉留置针进行急救输液，并给予相关的护理措施， 对照组患者给予常规钢针的静脉穿刺进行输液，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 研究组一次穿刺成功率为99.17%，患者满意度为100.00%，分别高于对照组的88.75%和82.50%（P<0.05），研究组患者的外渗、红肿、针头滑出和刺伤发生率分别为 4.58%、2.92%、1.67%、0.83%，均明显低于对照组的14.17%、7.92%、8.75%和6.25%（P<0.05）。结论 在院前急救转运过程中使用静脉留置针和相关护理措施能够有效提高穿刺成功率，降低患者不良反应发生率，可广泛使用。

Nursing effect of intravenous indwelling needle in pre-hospital first aid transfer process

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the nursing effect of intravenous indwelling needle in pre-hospital first aid transfer process. Methods Four hundred and eighty cases of patients need pre-hospital first aid in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into research group and control group, with 240 cases in each group. The research group accepted intravenous indwelling needle for first -aid infusion in pre -hospital emergency transport process and relevant nursing measures, the control group received conventional needle of vein transfusion, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results In the research group, the success rate of first puncture was 99.17%, and the patients` satisfaction rate was 100.00%, which were significantly higher than 88.75% and 82.50% in the control group (P<0.05). The occurrence rate of extravasation, redness, needle slide out and injury of the research group were respectively 4.58%, 2.92%, 1.67%, 0.83%, which were significantly lower than 14.17%, 7.92%, 8.75% and 6.25% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In pre-hospital emergency transport process, intravenous indwelling needle and related nursing measures can effectively improve the success rate of puncture, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of wide application.
