护理干预应用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的效果评价

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理干预在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的应用价值。方法 选取于我院住院接受治疗的110例妊高症患者作为研究对象，所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各55例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予综合护理，对两组患者重度子痫前期及子痫发生率、新生儿体重与Apgar评分及护理满意度进行对比分析。结果 观察组患者重度子痫前期及子痫发生率分别为21.82%、5.45%，显著低于对照组的45.45%、14.55%（P<0.05）；观察组新生儿体重及Apgar评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度为96.36%，显著高于对照组78.18%（P<0.05）。结论 将综合护理干预用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者的护理中，临床疗效显著，值得临床推广和应用。

The clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with gestational hypertension disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gestational hypertension disease. Methods One hundred and ten cases of patients with gestational hypertensive disease admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing care, while the patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the routine nursing care. The incidence of severe preeclampsia and eclampsia, birth weight and Apgar score of newborn and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The severe preeclampsia and eclampsia rate in observation group were 21.82% and 5.45% respectively, which were significantly lower than 45.45% and 14.55% in the control group, the difference showed statistical significance (P<0.05); the birth weight and Apgar score in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the patients` nursing satisfaction in observation group was 96.36%, which was significantly higher than 78.18% in the control group, the difference showed statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gest ational hypertension disease has significant clinical effect, which is worth popularization and application in clinic.
