综合护理对肠道手术患者胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理对肠道手术患者胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效。方法 收集2014年4月至2015年4月在我院接受治疗的肠道手术患者100例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组给予肠道术后一般常规护理，观察组给予肠道术后综合护理干预，比较两组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者肠鸣 音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间显著短于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度
（96.00%）明显高于对照组患者（78.00%），两组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理在肠道手术患者的应用效果显著，可有效地促进胃肠功能恢复，提升护理质量，提高护理满意度。

Clinical effect observation of comprehensive nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with intestinal surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with intestinal surgery. Methods One hundred cases of patients treated with intestinal surgery from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing after intestinal surgery, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention after intestinal surgery. The recovery time of bowel sound, anus exhaust time, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds, anus exhaust time, hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group (96.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.00%) , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with intestinal surgery is remarkable, which can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, improve nursing qualpty and satisfaction.
