复方益肝灵预防抗结核药物致肝损伤的临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 研究复方益肝灵预防抗结核药物致肝损伤的临床疗效。方法 选取我中心2015年4月至2015年6月管理的80例结核病患者作为本次试验的研究对象，将参与试验的患者分为两个不同的小组，分别将其定义为对照组以及研究组，每个组别的患者均为40例。对照组患者应用一般的药物进行治疗，研究组患者采取复方益肝灵药剂对患者进行抗肝损伤治疗，
治疗后，比较两个组别患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗后，研究组肝功能指标明显优于对照组，研究组ALT、AST及TBIL水平均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组未表现出明显的不良反应，对照组出现1例乏力，差异无统计学意 义（P>0.05）。研究组肝功能损伤的发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 复方益肝灵预防抗结核药物致肝损伤的临床疗效显著，可对其形成一定的保护功能，降低肝损伤的发生率，对其临床疗效的提高以及生活质量的改善也有着积极的意义，具有在临床上广泛推广的价值。

Clinical effect of compound Yiganling on the prevention of liver injury caused by anti tuberculosis drugs

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of compound Yiganling on the prevention of liver injury induced by anti tuberculosis drugs. Methods From April 2015 to July 2015, 80 cases of tuberculosis patients were selected and divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with general drugs for treatment, study group took compound Yiganling medicament. After treatment, the clinical curative effect of two groups was analyzed. Results After the treatment, the liver function index of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, the level of ALT, AST and TBIL of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05). The study group patients did not show obvious adverse reactions, while there was 1 cases of fatigue in the control group, but the difference showed no significance (P>0.05). The incidence of liver function damage in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Yiganling in preventing anti-tuberculosis drug induced liver injury has clinical curative effect, and can provide protecting for the liver function, significantly reduce the incidence of liver injury, improve the quality of life, which has widely applied clinical value.
