心理护理对妊娠期高血压合并产后抑郁患者的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨心理护理对妊娠期高血压合并产后抑郁患者的疗效观察。方法 选择2013年1月至2015年12月我院收治的55例妊娠期高血压疾病合并产后抑郁患者为研究对象，根据入院顺序分为观察组及对照组，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予常规护理合并心理护理，观察两组患者的24 h 尿蛋白定量下降幅度、平均动脉压及HAMD疗效。结果 观察组患 者的24 h尿蛋白定量下降幅度、平均动脉压及HAMD疗效均明显优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理有助于改善妊娠期高血压疾病合并产后抑郁患者的尿蛋白、高血压症状及产后抑郁情绪，值得临床推广应用。

The efficacy observation of psychological nursing on pregnancy hypertensive disorder disease

combined with postpartum depression

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the efficacy observation of psychological nursing on pregnancy hypertensive disorder disease combined with postpartum depression. Methods Fifty five cases of patients with pregnancy hypertensive disorder disease combined with postpartum depression from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were chosen and divided into the observation group and control group according to the admission order. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given conventional nursing combined with psychological nursing, the urine protein quantitation descend range, mean arterial pressure and HAMD efficacy of two groups were observed. Results The urine protein quantitation descend range, mean arterial pressure and HAMD of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing is helpful to improve the urine protein, high blood pressure symptoms and postpartum depression for patients with pregnancy hypertensive disorder disease combined with postpartum depression, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
